NUTRITION - SIX WEEKS OF KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS
Over the next six weeks superstar studios will take you through a step by step process to understand the foundations of nutrition. From here more detailed and advanced issues can be addressed but you need to ensure you have a solid foundation.
Getting started will involve the most basic element – setting a baseline calorie target and ensuring you have a means to record and assess your intake against this target.
We suggest using the target from the equation below, whilst this will need to be tweaked based on you as an individual it’s a good start.
We also suggest downloading myfitness pal as a way to track your food intake.
